Our founder and master baker, Gordon, comes from a family with a strong baking tradition. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather Elmer and his cousin Michael, he is passionate about creating delicious sourdough products and providing exceptional service. He oversees all aspects of the bakery, from the evolution of recipes and products to all creative elements and business development.
