Our founder and master baker, Gordon, comes from a family with a great baking tradition. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather Elmer and his cousin Michael, he is passionate about creating amazing sourdough products and providing exceptional service. He oversees all aspects of the bakery, from recipe development to creative elements and business development.
